INVITATION – NECTAR Project – Final Conference – 19th October 2023

Since October 2020, partners across Europe have been developing the NECTAR project. To celebrate the end of the project, and present its results to individuals and organisations engaged in training and recruiting chefs and cooks working in health and care settings, we are holding the NECTAR Final Conference on 19th October 2023. The event will be held in Hybrid format for those unable to attend in-person.

As part of its engagement plans with AHA(L) Reference Site regions and Thematic Working Groups the RSCN Executive Board has organised a webinar on 13th July at 10:30 to 12:30 cet to share ongoing activities, commence a discussion on the renewal of the RSCN Strategy and Action Plan 2024 – 2027, and consider the synergies between Reference Site regions and the RSCN Thematic Working Groups.

Days of Prevention for Healthy and Active Ageing

Around 110 elderlies participated to the “Days for the Prevention of Active Ageing” held from the 10th to the 13th of May in the sanitary Hub of the Community of Sant’ Egidio in the San Gallicano Hospital in Rome. The initiative was promoted by the European Reference Site for Active Ageging: “Roma-Tor Vergata”, which is formed by the University of Tor
Vergata, the Policlinico di Tor Vergata, the Community of Sant’Egidio, We-COM, the ASL of Frosinone and the University of Rome 3.
