COMFORTage
COMFORTage (Prediction, Monitoring and Personalized Recommendations for Prevention and Relief of Dementia and Frailty) is a Horizon Europe´s project which fosters solutions for frailty and dementia.
The RSCN is part of this powerful consortium of 39 partners from 12 countries.
Within this project, the RSCN is responsable for Scaling-up plans, supported by a Knowledge Transfer Twinning and Knowledge transfer.
