Examples of Good Practice
Regional policy makers, health and care providers, researchers, can learn from each other’s good practices, and innovative solutions in addressing a life-course approach to active and healthy ageing. Understanding evidence-based good practices can facilitate their adaptation, transfer, and adoption by other regions thus avoiding “reinventing the wheel”.
AHA Reference Sites regions have developed a range of evidence-based good practices in addressing a life-course approach to active and healthy ageing and are willing to share experiences, and transfer knowledge and solutions across health and care settings and partners at both a national level and internationally.
