Silvia Bossio

Project Manager

Biography

Silvia Bossio is a highly experienced European Project Manager and International Cooperation Consultant, with over 23 years of expertise in managing and coordinating territorial, cross-border, and international cooperation projects across both public and private sectors. She has successfully led project management, coordination, and dissemination strategies within multiple EU-funded initiatives,ensuring impactful visibility and stakeholder engagement. Her extensive background includes the organization of national and international events, as well as the development of communication and dissemination strategies for European projects. With a diverse academic background in architecture, urbanism, tourism, and cultural heritage conservation, Silvia brings versatility and adaptability to complex, multidisciplinary projects. In recent years, she has also focused on managing projects related to health, volunteering work and active ageing, contributing to innovative solutions for healthcare, digital health and ageing well. Her expertise allows her to enhance project coordination, dissemination, and visibility, leveraging her ability to navigate diverse work environments effectively. In addition to her project management roles, Silvia has actively contributed as a coordinator, tutor, and technical assistant in both in-person and online training activities. She has authored numerous scientific and technical articles, acted as a curator and reviewer, and designed and tutored several online courses focused on urbanism, tourism, cultural heritage, health, and ageing.
